Conservation Objectives

Requirements for use of the park include registering before entering, packing out all garbage, respecting wildlife, and adhering to regulations regarding firearms and fishing for non-Inuit visitors.

Ukkusiksalik National Park on Wager Bay, 140 kilometres from Repulse Bay, Nunavut, is home to a variety of wildlife, including caribou, wolves, polar bears and golden eagles.
